Rayven is a devoted mom of two who balances home life, personal growth and work life with intention and heart. She has nearly a decade of combined experience in Customer Service and Medical Support work.  

Outside of work, Rayven shows her heart and hobbies in numerous ways. She sings on the worship team at her church, volunteers in the childrens ministry and hosts a Moms Book club in Dubuque, and supports local businesses as often as she can.  While Rayven has many hobbies, her favorites include baking, gardening and sightseeing.  She loves showing her children the beauties of the world.  

Rayven continues her education in Medical Billing and Coding, expanding her skills in the healthcare and administrative fields and is expected to graduate in July of 2026.
