She and her husband moved to Colorado for 2.5 years where she continued to practice in outpatient orthopedics during the week and played in the mountains each weekend. When she isn’t working, she enjoys all outdoor activities including hiking, running, and gardening.
Laura is level 1 and 2 certified in Functional Dry Needling, has taken several classes for the treatment of chronic and complex pain, and has published research in the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy. Laura uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education to help her patients reach their goals. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but especially enjoys working with high school and adult athletes. She joined the Dubuque Physical Therapy team in 2018.
