Cody was born and raised in Epworth and graduated from Western Dubuque High School in 2013. He then received his Bchelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2017 from the University of Iowa before attending Clarke University and completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021.

Following his schooling, practiced primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings in Madison, WI and Des Moines, IA over the next 3 years before he and his wife decided to return to Dubuque County.

Cody is Level 1 certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling intervention. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Therapist. He enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, but particularly loves helping injured athletes and active adults return to their desired levels of function.

In his free time he loves to play golf, cook, spend time with family and friends, and watch the Hawkeyes, Cubs, and Bears.
