Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University, a Master of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University, a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Clarke University and a Doctor of Education from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Brad competed in basketball and track while at SDSU. He earned all-conference honors four times and all-American honors twice in track.
Brad is a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) certified through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, Certified in Spine Manual Therapy (CSMT) through Evidence in Motion, Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT) through the McKenzie institute, and Certified in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through the American Academy of Manual Therapy. He is also trained in the Graston Technique of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), running assessment and in spinal manipulation.
Brad teaches orthopedics, sports medicine and therapeutic exercise in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Clarke University. He joined the Dubuque Physical Therapy team in 2017.
